Beginner's Meditation Series
A beginner’s meditation and healing series for those who are curious about meditation and never tried it. This series is also for those who have tried it, but get bored or just can’t sit still. The first guided meditation starts at 3 mins, the second meditation is five minutes, the third one about seven minutes and then the final meditation is 15 minutes. Starting with the first meditation, practice 2-4 times a week. When you feel your mind still and able to take the deep breaths, then move to the next one and so on... my suggestion is to take about a full month, so one week for each. This is not a race, take all the time and space you need.
When we first start meditating, depending on how sensitive you are to energy you may experience symptoms such as ringing in the ears, pressure in the forehead or headache or a kind of heavy achiness in the body, these are all good signs, but if they feel overwhelming, wait a few days before meditating again. These are powerful meditations and working in many other realms and timelines than the physical one we live in. As the energy is able to move more and more into our energy fields, trapped energy is released and our chakras heal. This is a journey not a race. Remember to give yourself grace and be patient.

- Be sure to get plenty of sleep and water to help clear your energy system as it heals
- Other suggestions: light sage and clear yourself and home weekly. If you are feeling heavy-hearted, take a salt bath with epsom salt (one cup) and a few drops of lavender essential oil.
